MITCH LAMONTAGNE PRESIDENT
Mitch is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with 40 years experience tracking across various aspects of the construction industry. An extensive scope of responsibility, proven success and a track record of optimal results propelled Mitch through the ranks within some of the largest general contractors in Canada. After founding NAILS Enterprises, Mitch utilized his experience to make NAILS a supplier of choice in Northern Alberta. He has provided intuitive solutions for his client's construction needs throughout the institutional, commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors.
ALAN LAMONTAGNE VICE PRESIDENT – CONSTRUCTION
Alan graduated from NAIT in 2005 as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and immediately started establishing himself by providing best-in-class solutions to his clients in residential and commercial construction. As a dedicated professional it didn’t take Alan long to get into supervisory roles with a keen interest in creating a strong, supporting team culture at each of his projects. Alan made the jump to NAILS in 2007 and has been instrumental in driving the company to new heights. Alan has continued to focus on team building and leadership as NAILS strives to become an industry leading contractor. His technical skill is highlighted by his ability to design-build projects for his customers. Alan takes a partnership approach to all of his projects and this allows him to bring his partners dreams to fruition.
MATT BROWN VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS
Matt is an experienced professional, with a strong history of strategic operations and business development. Before joining NAILS, Matt served in various business roles culminated by his time spent as the VP of Operations for a mid-size industrial construction contractor. Matt places an acute focus on his project partners, ensuring they receive quality projects, delivered on time. Believing that every team member matters and has an essential role to play in the success of the company is the driving force behind his leadership style. The work environment created by this style of leadership allows NAILS to recruit and retain their highly skilled team. As Matt puts the finishing touches on his Masters of Business, he pushes the organization for operational excellence. His vision of the future is key for NAILS as they strive to be a trusted advisor for all their current and prospective project partners.
